 The Mass Coordinator Ministry is ideal for those who lead a busy life with limited spare time, but would like to contribute to the parish in some way. There are no regularly scheduled meetings to attend. The tasks that are required are not difficult to learn.
The purpose of the Mass Coordinator is to assist in Mass preparation, Communion, and cleanup. Mass Coordinators are required to arrive at church approximately thirty minutes prior to the start of Mass, and typically complete their work approximately fifteen minutes after Mass has ended.
You will receive training and a set of written instructions that you can follow while you conduct your work.
The Mass Coordinator Ministry is the newest Ministry at St. Gilbert. As a result, we do not have a large pool of volunteers. Your services are needed and will be greatly appreciated by all.
