Welcome to St. Gilbert Parish
As the Catholic Family of Saint Gilbert we recognize the mission of our Baptism: to share Christ with all people; to support, encourage and enable one another to spread God's kingdom; and to deepen our relationships to God through the fellowship of our worship and ministries.

GREAT FEAST OF CHRIST’S RESURRECTION Message From Fr. Sam |
|
This is the Day the Lord has made! Let us rejoice and be glad! We hope you will be able to join us in our Easter celebrations and beyond. Please look at the notices below regarding “Welcome Home” and the “Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults – RCIA”. During the fifty days of Easter, we renew our baptismal promises. We are blessed – drenched – once more with baptismal water promising to live as the People of God he has chosen us to be. As you enter and leave the church, stop at the baptismal pool and immerse your hand – not just the tip of your fingers. Let that water roll down your arm as you recommit yourself to die with Christ in those waters and to rise with him – following where he leads and imitating him as humble servant. Easter is about Water and New Life! May we experience the transformation of that life-giving water; and may we bring forth New Life through our humble service of others. May you and your family have a Blessed & Joyful Easter season! Fr. Gene Nowak & St. Gilbert Pastoral Staff
